Emotions are important and often affect every other part of life. Emotions determine how you feel about life, people, and the concepts of life. The spirit is the seat of emotions and character and the soul. They all determine, attitude, mood, and the relations of a person with the other. Often people strive to be loved, connected to the universe, or a part of something more important. All these determine your performance and the people you stay with.
Quality of life and happiness
People are naturally inclined to find happiness yet sometimes happiness is overrated. Homeless people may force themselves to be happy despite the pain of not affording quality medical care and they may be able to do that. However, it is much easier to be happy when not homeless or in pain, when you have just acquired a new skill, and when you have more money. Your beliefs about happiness will determine how happy you get. Nonetheless, happiness is much easier to achieve when you have fewer obstacles in life.
Scivive likes the idea of emotions being your internal environment since like the environment on the outside it’s going to trigger you. The internal landscape is like an operating pressure determining how fast or slow your life is. Your beliefs values and the meanings you attach to things filter the reality you experience as you travel down a path and often against making a path.
Your values beliefs and meanings of things will change your internal environment depending on how they match with things you meet that may be coming from the inside or outside. When the internal environment changes it changes every other aspect of your life. The internal environment changes quickly sometimes in a heartbeat but you have the moment, and the environment is another variable.
Better emotions
Everyone wants to have better emotions in life. Better emotions help you feel more positive about life and achieve more. A little bit of feeling great every day will make your life feel better.
